Ingredients :
– 250g wheat flour
– 35g cornstarch
– 500ml soy milk
– 200ml plant-based cream
– 50g Salonenque Olive Oil
– Zest of one lemon
– 50g granulated sugar
– 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation :
- Pour the flour, cornstarch, sugar, and salt into a bowl and create a well in the center.
- In a separate container, mix the cream and plant-based milk.
- Pour about a quarter of the liquid into the well and whisk until the flour is saturated with the liquid. Gradually add the rest while continuing to stir.
- Add the olive oil, mix well, and zest the lemon using a fine grater.
- Cook over high heat, flipping with a spatula once the edges begin to brown.
