Tasting in our shop
The vineyard classified as Protected Designation of Origin Baux-de-Provence, located on the southern slopes of the Alpilles, has been cultivated organically for more than 20 years. Several grape varieties are grown on the estate, including Grenache noir et blanc, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, Marsanne, Rolle, Cinsault and Counoise. The aromatic profile and structure of our wines reflect their terroir.
Olive oil blend
Within the plots, the olives ripen under the Provence sun in the heart of the AOP Vallée des Baux-de-Provence. Cultivated in organic farming and thanks to constantly perfected know-how, they give life to olive oils with exceptional aromatic profiles.
