On the nose, intense aromas of forest fruits create beautiful aromatic complexity. On the palate, notes of morello cherry harmonise delicately with floral nuances that evoke cherry blossom and hibiscus. A subtle partnership of fresh and delectable flavours.
After a 3-hour skin maceration in the press, the grapes are gently pressed and clarified at low temperature. We then prevent alcoholic fermentation by controlling the temperature in order to preserve the purity of the aromas.
Produced in France. Suitable for pregnant women.
Serve chilled, between 4 and 6 degrees. After opening, keep refrigerated with a suitable stopper.
