Rosé Château d’Estoublon • 2025

Pale colour with delicate salmon hues. An intensely aromatic nose reveals expressive notes of Williams pear, white peach and vine blossom. The palate is precise and complex, with flavours of redcurrant and subtle hints of citrus. Fine acidity highlights the freshness of the vintage, bringing pleasant complexity to this rosé.

Deep soils, clay-limestone.

Hand-harvested grapes with sorting carried out upon arrival at the winery. Direct cold pressing. Careful separation of free-run and press juices. Cold settling of the musts. Alcoholic fermentation at 15–18°C in 700 hL concrete eggs, 400 L barrels and stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Short ageing in natural concrete eggs, stainless steel and concrete tanks.

13% vol.

The 2025 vintage benefited from a winter with generous rainfall, comparable to 2024, allowing the soils to build up strong water reserves. From budbreak in mid-March, the drier conditions and low humidity favored exceptionally healthy vineyards, with limited disease pressure. Balanced and well-managed cluster development ensured an even distribution along the rows, promoting consistent ripening. A few summer storm episodes helped support the vines and limit water stress until véraison. Harvest began slightly earlier, allowing grapes to be picked at perfect maturity and carefully sorted, resulting in structured, precise wines that faithfully express the identity of the Baux-de-Provence terroir.
