Beautiful clear color with shades of green and gold.
Expressive yet delicate nose combining floral notes of honeysuckle, jasmine, and bergamot with a hint of orange peel. The palate is generous and balanced by the freshness of the high-altitude terroirs, a sign of beautiful minerality. There are notes of tart fruit, grapefruit and a hint of sweet spice.
A long finish thanks to controlled tension.
Rolle, Sauvignon Blanc, Clairette et Sémillon.
