Light salmon-colored robe with nectarine highlights. The nose reflects the high-altitude terroirs with aromas of stone fruits, wild strawberries, and Williams pear. The attack is flavorful and fruity, with great lightness on the palate. A rosé that is perfectly balanced between liveliness and roundness.
Grenache Noir, Syrah and Cinsault.
200-450 metres altitude. Limestone-clay soils.
Direct pressing, cold alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks. A few weeks of aging on fine lees.
