This Chardonnay embodies the distinctive character of Provençal high-altitude terroirs. On the nose, aromas of lemon, almond, and exotic fruits blend harmoniously.
On the palate, it strikes a perfect balance between precision and indulgence. Floral notes and hints of stone fruits reveal themselves, crafting a white wine that is both chiselled and mineral-driven.
Chardonnay.
Deep, sandy clay-limestone soil.
300-400 meters altitude, wide temperature range between hot days and cool nights.
Direct pressing, cold alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks. A few weeks of aging on fine lees.
13% vol.
Ingredients: Grapes, Preservatives (Sulphites), Acidity regulators (contains Lactic acid and/or Malic acid and/or Tartaric acid), Stabilizing agents (contains Gum arabic and/or Carboxymethylcellulose).
