Estoublon’s Pompe à l’huile

Ingredients :

500 g flour

100 g sugar

10 cl Picholine d’Estoublon olive oil

10 cl water & 10 cl milk

2 tablespoons orange blossom water

1 packet baker’s yeast

1 pinch salt

 

Préparation :

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, and salt, then add the olive oil, milk, water, orange blossom water, and diluted yeast.
  2. Knead for 10 minutes and leave to rise for 2 hours.
  3. Brush with olive oil and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
