Pale and luminous hue, with rose-water reflections and subtle hints of peach and melon.
The nose is airy and precise, opening with delicate linden and jasmine blossoms, then revealing notes of vineyard peach and freshly cut watermelon.
The palate stands out with a vibrant, tonic attack, supported by a mineral backbone that brings length and tension. Citrus and tangy red berries energize the texture and balance the natural fruit generosity. The finish is long, saline and refreshing.
Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and a touch of Rolle.
