peach-flesh highlights, typical of the finest Provence rosés.
On the nose, there is lovely aromatic freshness, dominated by wild berry notes such as redcurrant and raspberry, lifted by a delicate touch of citrus.
On the palate, the attack is supple and generous, quickly carried by a lively tension that perfectly balances the roundness of the fruit. The whole is harmonious, fresh and airy, with a sensation of lightness and great drinkability.

High altitude terroir (390 m), north-facing.
Deep clay-limestone soil, basalt fragments.
Direct pressing, cold alcoholic fermentation, vinification and ageing in stainless-steel and concrete tanks.
