Clear and bright robe, pale yellow with green reflections.
The nose is expressive and refined, blending citrus aromas such as Menton lemon with notes of white-fleshed fruits like pear and peach. The whole is lifted by a touch of exotic fruit and a subtly aniseed nuance.
On the palate, the attack is lively and precise, driven by a beautiful freshness that brings directness and energy. The wine then gains breadth, with a harmonious roundness that envelops the palate without weighing it down. The balance between tension and generosity is perfectly mastered, offering an airy, highly digestible wine. The finish is persistent and delicately saline, prolonging the sensation of freshness.
