An ideal vintage offering a wine of remarkable balance. The nose reveals notes of blackcurrant and black fruits enhanced by licorice. The palate is full-bodied and delicious, seducing with silky tannins, beautiful freshness, and a lingering mineral finish.

25% Cabernet-Sauvignon
Volcanic soils and clayey-calcareous marl.
The plots with the youngest vines are located at an altitude of 430 meters, facing east or northeast.
After rigorous sorting during harvesting and in the cellar, the grapes are transported to the vats on conveyor belts to avoid pumping. They are vinified and macerated in concrete vats for around 25 days. Around ten punch-downs are carried out for gentle extraction.
Ageing of 10 months, 50% in 225-liter barrels that previously held one wine, 30% in barrels that previously held two wines, 20% in 12-hectoliter casks that previously held one wine.
