Rosé hue with a luminous tint and pomelo reflections leaning toward melon.
Very subtle and enticing, it opens with aromas of fresh red fruits such as redcurrant and raspberry, enhanced with hints of peach and a delicate floral edge.
The attack is fresh and balanced, driven by fruity notes. The mouthfeel is animated by delicate, pleasant bubbles that bring a lively, light texture.
The finish reveals subtle floral nuances followed by elegant, indulgent pastry notes.

High-altitude terroir (390 m), north-facing.
Deep clay-limestone soil with basalt fragments.
After selection and pressing, part of the grapes begins its fermentation while another portion is kept as frozen juice. The wine is then placed in tanks for the “prise de mousse” (bubble formation) following the Charmat method. The reserved juice is added under pressure during the second fermentation. This technique preserves the fruit’s natural richness without any added external sugar, revealing the grape’s intrinsic sweetness.
